For the first time in three years this exciting young pianist checks into Dizzy’s without a Grammy nomination in his pocket.  That’s okay though because he has just signed with a major record label and his future is so bright he has to wear shades.  What makes the young scion of the Clayton Brothers Band so compelling is his crisp, dynamic style that can go from quiet introspection to hard rollicking soul jazz to fleet swinging be-bop. This future jazz star is not to be missed.
