The Essentially Ellington High School Jazz Band Program (EE) has helped more than 300,000 students in more than 5,000 schools master the fundamentals of jazz with the most joyful and swinging American music ever written. With unique resources such as original transcriptions, step-by-step teaching guides, reference recordings, professional feedback, regional festivals and more, EE will help you play whatever you play, better. And of course, each year culminates in the Competition & Festival for folks just itchin' to come to Jazz at Lincoln Center's House of Swing in New York City to put up their Dukes!
